My name is Eve. I've been the fat girl. I've been the skinny girl. I've done the diets, followed the fads, bought the tv equipment (and used it to hang my clothes). I've used myself as a guinea pig to trial new exercise regimes and nutritional programs. I've trekked Kokoda, run long distance, and trained myself back to fitness after an injury that kept me out of action for more than 12 months.

I know what it takes to get you from where you are to where you want to be. The training programs and systems I've developed are based on a concept the Royal Canadian Air Force was using back in the 1950s. The techniques work and the proven results speak for themselves.
