Day 12 ~ 31 Day Challenge

  • 100 jumping jacks (sub: side steps)
  • 30 side toe taps (side crunches)
  • 20 squats
  • 20 wall pushups
  • 30 Russian twists
  • 30 seconds side plank (each side)
  • 10 jumping lunges (sub: regular lunges)
  • 40 high knees (sub: marching)
  • 20 seconds fast feet (sub: fast march)
  • Repeat x 3

If you have knee, hip or other issues, please do a low impact version of the exercise, or a substitute as specified or choose another exercise.
