Day 19 ~ 31 Day Challenge

  • 20 seal jacks (arms clap to front rather than above)
  • 20 mountain climbers (each leg)
  • 10 pushups
  • 20 seal jacks
  • 15 squats
  • 1 minute plank
  • 1 minute jog on the spot
  • Repeat at least 4 times throughout the day.

That is all.
