Day 24 ~ 31 Day ChallengeRELAX! Yes, that's all you need to do today. Have a day of rest. Take some time out for yourself, do something nice for yourself. Sit with your eyes closed and just breathe for a while. Clear your mind and concentrate on relaxing all your muscles, including those in your face, hands and feet.
