5 Minute Fitness has a range of personal training solutions. Definitely not a one size fits all business. If you're searching for a trainer solely based on price, I'll give you a rate, but that's not the way I operate.  Please contact me for information.

I've operated my health and fitness businesses since 2007, successfully working with clients to overcome emotional barriers and reach their health and fitness goals. I also have over 20 years of corporate experience across a variety of industries, including real estate, education, and financial services. I use that experience and my knowledge of the health and fitness industry and personal development, to assist my clients to uncover and grow their most valuable asset – who they are.

I work with you to uncover the ‘why’ behind what’s holding you back, and learn the ‘how’ techniques to achieve the success that’s already within you.

Twin tabby cats who have absolutely no regard for my personal space currently allow me to live with them as long as I keep them fed.

I do not recommend shopping for a trainer based on price, just as I would never recommend a doctor, lawyer or other professional based on their price. You need to find a trainer who you're comfortable with, who understands your needs and who you're going to be able to be honest with about what you want to achieve and how you're going to make it happen together. You can't determine that based on price alone.

 So, when you're looking for a trainer, don't pick up the phone and ask "How much do you charge per hour?" Ask first, "How can you help me achieve my goals?" You're making an investment in your health, so remember to ask the right questions! If you are simply looking for a trainer for an hour or two a week and nothing more, I am happy to assist and will provide you the best of service.
