These protein cookies were quick and easy to make. We butchered the recipe a bit, but I'll post the original, then tell you what we did.
The Ingredients
1/2 cup oats
2 scoops Vanilla protein powder
4 egg whites
1 cup blueberries
We did not have vanilla protein powder, so we used chocolate, and we used mixed berries in place of blueberries. We also found the recipe, as above, was a little too 'wet' for cookies, so we added extra protein powder and oats. You may have to experiment to get the consistency right. Ours came out more like muffins than cookies.
These protein cookies were consumed within 5 minutes! A quick, easy, high protein snack!
